I can't recommend Ashley enough for facials! She's great at explaining each step, tailoring the service for what I need, and recommending products without being pushy. I loved the esthetician who did my facials at the Valpo location and when I moved to this area I was cautious because I have a lot of skin issues and have had bad experiences with facials. But my skin has improved so much since consistently getting facials with Ashley and she made me feel comfortable from the start. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and sweet and I like all the massage therapists I've seen as well. The last time I visited I left my rings in the room and had issues with my membership and the ladies at the front desk were very patient and helpful. I went to a wedding expo and a massage envy person gave me a coupon for 75 dollars and I went to get the massage and when I looked at my bank account they had charged me $90 (I tipped 15). They took the coupon so I couldn't verify the coupon. Very disappointed, I had also taken 2 of my friends with me and they were also charged. Be careful with their marketing. The massage was also supposed to be 60 minutes and they did it for only 50 mins.

I am giving two stars only for the amazing women who provided the services (even if my massage was shorter than the amount of time that I had booked and paid for!) Massage Envy seems like a scam to me. I booked online for a massage for mother's day and when I went in for the massage they tried to charge me full price for the massage that I had booked with a new customer promo. I asked why I was being charged the full amount and they corrected it. They then told me that I couldn't take advantage of the facial promo that I had booked for the following week because I wasn't new due to the massage and when I told them to cancel, they said "OH it's a different service, you can use the promo!" Once again when I went for the service that was booked with their own promo pricing online, they attemp

After driving an hour, and my appointment being confirmed 20 minutes ago, they canceled on me. I drove an hour to get there and they cancel after driving in rough weather. I will not attempt them again. I will find a place that values costumers.

I have to give a shout out to Kori and Daisy for my visit from last night. I was only scheduled for a facial at 6:30 due to the massages being booked up for the rest of the night and tomorrow. As I was talking to Kori, she said give me one second and I will see if we can fit you on in. Daisy ended up staying even past the time she was supposed to go home, just so that they I could get my massage. I cannot thank you both enough for the great evening that you guys provided me.
