Massage Envy

Original Review: I'm new to the area, signed up for massages and was talked into a year long membership. I was told at that time that credits could be transferred, if not used - which sounded great as I could share with my husband, if not able to make it. When making him appointments, I was only THEN, weeks after sign up, that I told about the catches. He could only use my credits, once every 6 months, and to transfer credits, there is a $10 charge (even though, I'm already paying $75 monthly for them!). If I had known that off the bat, I would not have signed up. I live 22+min away, work full time, and don't have a ton of extra time to commit. Had my first massage done today with Meghan.. and Wow! She was Absolutely amazing! My mom is a regular there with a membership and recommended her! She was such a sweetheart and I felt so incredibly comfortable and relaxed the entire 90 minutes. Her techniques and pressure are perfect. From start to finish the staff was a delight and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone, whether a first timer or regular! Membership price is also amazing with great benefits!

I've been a member for 6 or 7 years now for massage. I've scheduled primarily with Meghan in the past and more recently Glory. Could not recommend both of them more, they're just wonderful people and care about the work that they do.

The massage was good. Setting a appointment continues to be a 1 star. If you check our profile we hardly ever give less that a 5 star but the ownership here really needs to look at having people answer the phone when you call during hours of operations. Then when you get there you have to check in from your car. So we come from another state where we call in and a person answers and when we arrive we go to a nice waiting room. Then you read the automated response from Massage Envy corporate or franchise department suggesting the people with a negative review use a portal to REPEAT what they have already said. Massage envy has their name and contact information. Corporate should contact the person yourself AFTER Corporate has talked to the franchisee and done a conference call to m

I have only great things to say about Massage Envy as a whole. The massage therapist are very professional and knowledgeable. The estheticians, especially Jamie, is exceptional at giving a complete facial and recommendations. If I could give more than five stars I would. I have been going to Massage Envy for over 20 years and absolutely will continue going! Highly recommend 💕
