Ivanrest Family Dentistry

I had an appointment with ivanrest Family Dental a few months ago as a new patient. I was told by Dr. Eggleston that I needed scaling and root planing as well as four fillings. The quote they gave me after billing my insurance was around $700 if I recall. I called a week or so later and explained SRP would be unaffordable for me at this time and requested a standard cleaning and they refused. Instead they directed me to GRCC's dental clinic which was appreciated. GRCC told me resoundingly that I did NOT need SRP and that they could already see a difference in my gum health after brushing and flossing more. They said my gum health should continue to improve through diligent oral hygiene, which is a far cry from Dr. Eggleston telling me my teeth were at risk of falling out if I didn't get

Everyone is awesome the dentists there are great, understanding and no judgement. They work with you to get your teeth back to a healthy state. I’ve been with this dentist office since 1993 and I am extremely comfortable and confident in the chairs, couldn’t ask for a better dentist

Dr. Alicia Nieuwkoop and staff were all very kind and helpful. Special kudos to my Hygenist Karen for making my smile nice and bright. If you are looking for a place where you will be comfortable and cared for, you have found it.

I see Dr. Nieuwkoop and she is wonderful! I needed a crown and was pretty nervous but she and the staff made feel comfortable. She explained everything as she went along. Everyone is so nice! It turned out great with no problems. I highly recommend them!

Honestly loved them. Was super confused when they dropped me after one missed appointment. It was my fault unfortunately. Juggling kids and father in law with chemo appointments and working full time got the best of me. Thought I scheduled it different. Disappointed they didn't care to help me further but never had an issue prior.
