Massage Envy

my experience with the fascials and massage were excellent. my experience with the billing dept is deplorable. when i had fulfilled my 1 year contract in october i made sure at the front desk i had fulfilled my contract and would not be renewing. massage envy continued to bill me. i telephoned and was advised i had to fill out a cancellation form which i could not do electronically. it has been a nightmare and for this reason i would not advise anyone to use massage envy ever. cynthia

I came in with a very sharp pain between my shoulders and I explained to Sally what was going on. She took time, listened and got to work that area. She spent the time needed to work those muscles so I wouldn’t be in pain anymore. I appreciate her thoroughness and professionalism.

Shout out to Ms. Donna!! Every chance I get to get some muscle relief she’s my go-to person! She knows exactly how to deal with my aches and pains. Love her techniques and her personality. Such a great therapist and a sweet woman!!

Finally made use of a gift card here recently and had a wonderful experience! Julia was lovely! So kind and really listened to my concerns. I aggravated an old back injury recently and her massage helped tremendously. 10/10, do recommend!

The ladies at the front desk snickered when I pulled my cash out of my purse after asking them if they take cash. I'm not sure what that was about but they could be better trained to remain professional in front of all guests. The only reason this is a 3 star instead of a 1 star is because the massage therapist was wonderful. I would love to come back again and have him, but the front desk ladies put a bad taste in my mouth.
