Massage Envy

I went to this location for a 90minute facial with Nicole. I felt welcome and comfortable since the moment I step in. The receptionist was very friendly and welcomed me with a smile. This was my first time doing a facial and I had a very good experience. Nicole was also friendly and caring, she explained to me the procedure and what to expect. I felt relax and that I was on good hands.

Massage was ok but got shorted by 10 mins. When I got into the room it was already 2:09 and the massage ended at 2:58. When I said something to the front desk lady all she said was “oh I’m sorry about that” Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Really disappointed with my prenatal massage. I told them my left side of my back is what was giving me issues. I started on my left side. Then went to my back for with a wedge. And was never turned to my right side to be evened out. Or even focus correctly on my painful side. I added on a foot scrub. My masseuse forgot the materials and the towel warmer was not on yet. Which is fine. I'm a patient person. It took 10 minutes for her to finally start the massage and the. Stopped the massage 4 minutes early. So I paid for a full our and only got 46 minutes. Also I did NOT need the details of all the medical issues and problems going on in her life. I wanted to relax but was talked at. The massage ended with Crissy telling me her regular massages are much better. I walked out utterly disappoi

There are a few very talented therapists here (I recommend Jasmine or Amy), but my issue is that my prebooked appointments are regularly cancelled day of due to scheduling conflicts, call offs, etc. I got day of cancellations twice this month alone. The lack of consistent availability for pre booked appointments is unprofessional and very frustrating as a membership owner trying to use my prepaid services.

Jasmine is an incredible massage therapist. I've been seeing her for approximately 5 years. She has a relaxing touch yet really gets the knots out. Her scalp and facial massages are to die for. I never realized how much tension was in my face or how a scalp massage could relax your entire body before visiting her. One of the BEST things about Jasmine is her pursuit of continuing education. She is always seeking to improve her techniques. She attends classes, reads, talks to other therapists, etc and it shows. She is a 10 on a scale of 1-5 in my book! 🙂 The best advice I can give anyone seeing Jasmine or any massage therapist is to communicate. The BEST therapists are intuitive.
