I do not recommend this massage place. I bought a six month package back in March. When asking to schedule the last session. She refused to schedule saying that I have taken all of them. We reviewed every month my schedule because she has no ability to keep her schedule well updated. I was clear with her, telling when my last session should be. At the end, she hang up the phone and did not give the last session to me. WORST service EVER.

First of all, I bought a groupon for a 60 minute massage and I’m very glad I didn’t pay full price. I went to the listed location and no one was there so I called the number provided for the business and there was no answer. I called again a few minutes after my appointment time and someone answered and proceeded to tell me they had moved. I understand that the move was recent but this should have been on at least something, a website, in the app, in an email or text. I was told to go to the new location and they would still do the massage even though I was late. I went and then they told me that I would only be getting a 30 minute massage. I originally scheduled here due to overwhelming positive reviews I found. They unfortunately did not give an accurate portrayal of things. First the good. Darlene knows how to do a massage. She’s very good at what she does. However, there comes some major bad points with it. - Communications from this group insist on you being prompt for your appointment. Unfortunately, she doesn’t hold herself to the same standards. I showed up 10 minutes early. Nobody there but chiropractor. He said they don’t even bother showing up until right on time. He was absolutely right. She drove up exactly at the scheduled time. Then had to unload her car for several minutes and prep the room for me. She wound up starting 24 minutes late. She had me wait 15minutes into my scheduled time slot and ended 5 minutes early... then asked for a tip. Very unprofessional and awkward. That said, her massage is great and extremely deep. Would only use this on a great deal/Groupon though.

The worst massage experience I ever had! the room is well lit and there is constant noise from the chiropractors office. she held me there for 15min to understand how will she get her money from Groupon. I bought 2 Groupons and didn't even use the second one, not worth my time.
