Shiona is truly fantastic. I came in feeling very tight in several areas of my body, and she was able to release so much of that tension. She worked thoughtfully and thoroughly, and I left feeling real relief. She consistently checked in about pressure and comfort, which made me feel completely at ease. You can tell she’s intuitive and genuinely cares about her clients. The space is clean, calm, and very relaxing. I’m so grateful I found her and will definitely be back!

I have had great experiences at this massage center. The space was very clean, calming, and welcoming. My massage therapist, Shiona, was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire session. She even checked in with me the next day to see how I was feeling, which really spoke to her care and professionalism. I also loved that they use local body oils made with natural ingredients, they felt so nourishing. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

His work is excellent and totally variable depending on what you and your body need. So many modalities! He is always learning new techniques and enhancing his already-fantastic practice.
