Paula has been my massage therapist of choice for almost 20 years. She has helped me through some tough injuries and always find the right spot to help with healing. When I need a little self help and decompression I call Paula to help me relax and rejuvenate. Her technique, knowledge, and kind and calming personality are above all. She always has found time for me in her busy schedule. I cannot sing her praises enough. Love you Paula!

Just had the most amazing experience w Paula and had to rave about it! If ur in need some help relaxing or just getting back to yourself with out pain….she’s the best! She’s got a Very clean and beautiful place and gives detailed one on one therapy to address all ur concerns. 80 min is a must and I’m now on a 1x a month appt. Schedule She’s extremely flexible w whatever ur schedule allows and I’ve honestly never felt better!! I almost have full range of motion back in my shoulder. Paula is absolutely phenomenal I truly cannot say enough amazing things about her and her space! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and informed. She walked me through every step of the service, explaining what she was doing and why, which I really appreciated. Her knowledge and professionalism immediately put me at ease.
