I had an incredible experience with Melissa. I came in dealing with significant frozen shoulder pain, and her deep tissue work made a noticeable difference even after the first session. What really sets her apart is her clear understanding of anatomy — she doesn’t just massage where it hurts, she works with the muscle and skeletal connections to address the root of the issue. Her space is beautiful, quiet, and very clean, which makes it easy to fully relax. I also really appreciate that she focuses on women’s health concerns and creates such a safe, supportive environment. Melissa is truly skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with pain or just needing high-quality therapeutic bodywork.

Thank goodness I found Melissa for my prenatal massages. I work as a nurse and on top of being pregnant, I am so tired and sore after my shifts. After trying a lot of other masseuses for prenatal massage, Melissa is the only one that provided consistent deep pressure that helped with my muscle aches. Don’t let her age fool you either, she has strong hands! Loved her room’s ambiance, made me completely relaxed and fall asleep easily.

Massage therapy is my everything therapy and Melissa does an excellent job. The ambiance of her room is very clean and peaceful. Her massage style is very relaxing. She focuses with strong pressure to my problem areas. I have chronic neck and shoulder pain.I would schedule with her 3 times a week if I could. And, her price is very reasonable. I received a massage by Melissa Paul for my birthday from a friend. It was the best massage I’ve ever had! She was very professional, courteous, and thorough. She asked about problem areas and any areas that I may not want massaged. The atmosphere was lovely, even though I was a little confused when I arrived as I was looking for a sign that wasn’t there. I especially enjoyed the hot stones, cold facial tools, foot massage, and the use of many hot towels. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience. Currently 34 weeks and got the prenatal massage and it was the most relaxed I’ve felt in a while. I have had the deep tissue massage prior to being pregnant and that was amazing as well. Very clean and calming environment. 10/10 recommend to anyone needing a good massage!
