Sofya is trained in multiple wellness and body work modalities. Very knowledgeable and an expert in her field, I felt confident and learned a lot from her as well that I did not know! Sofya knows a lot about health and nutrition amongst many modalities. She was able to answer all of my questions about weight loss, as I am currently trying to lose 20 lbs of stubborn fat. I am glad to have run into this place! She is very kind, accommodating, and aware. Very unique and caring approach which is not typical from past experiences.
