I cannot recommend Liz enough. Beyond the incredible message she delivers, Liz actually explains what certain areas of the body do/why they hurt and how to remedy it at home. The environment is serene and Liz’s delightful personality makes for a great experience.
Getting a massage by Liz is... priceless. She is professional, knowledgeable and very skilled at her craft. I used to be in rough shape going in with neck pain and knots. Walking out of the Atrium my body feels so much better. Liz is fantastic and I always look forward to my next massage!
