Chamberlain Physical Therapy

I've needed PT three times in my life. The first time back in 2002 (on Long Island) was not a pleasant or particularly beneficial experience. The next two times, both at Chamberlain Physical Therapy in Pawling NY, were very helpful. Back in 2012, it was for recovery from a broken wrist. Painful at times, sure, but they did great and caring work back then. When I tore my rotator cuff earlier this year, and an orthopedist advised PT, I knew where I wanted to go. It was these sessions that blew me away. I've heard a few horror stories about treating shoulder injuries, but when I was advised that "we got you" by my friends at Chamberlain's, I was ready. What I didn't realize, though, was that this wasn't a "no pain, no gain" injury--they knew what they needed to do to get my range of motion,
