Massage at Monroe

I have had a couple of massages here. Each time the therapist met my needs regarding to the areas of concern I had at the time. Each session I had, the therapist constantly communicated what they were doing and made sure I wasn't experiencing any discomfort during the session. This is a very clean and efficent facility with very knowledgeable therapists. I highly recommend to anyone whether you need a in depth treatment or a relaxing massage.

I went here for my first massage and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Staff were very friendly and walked me through what to expect before the massage started. Adejah did a really good job and would recommend other to come, along with wanting to comeback myself

Massage at Monroe is truly the Best! I was referred here by a good friend because I suffer from chronic pain and am so glad and thankful I came. I HIGHLY recommend Jessica at Massage at Monroe! She is very professional and takes the time to listen to you on what is going on with your body. I always feel so much better afterwards and definitely make sure I book my next appointment!

I booked & paid for several massages with Jacob in advance, he cancelled minutes before my appointment twice in a row via text message citing "issues adjusting to being a new dad with no help" and then refused to refund me as both he & the owner said it didn't matter who cancelled - refunds are not given. This didn't seem fair and I disputed it with my bank. An investigation was launched and my claim was found valid as services were not received. The owner was argumentative, rude, and condensending. It was also unprofessional of Jacob to complain about his family life to me in our initial intake appointment. Edit: Please note my refund was received through a third party (my bank) as the city of Monroe refused to cooperate with me or offer a refund, hence why a third party was involved. I

Natasha was professional, knowledgeable, and gave a fabulous massage! I will be back! Carmen is also wonderful…there are so many talented and caring providers here! You can’t go wrong!
