Receptionist was kind, vitals nurse was thorough. The FNP, Chereen Chalek, was rude and extremely defensive. She asserted herself as the expert of the body I have been living in for over 56 years, and would not listen to my medical history or look at my chart. Our visit was recorded and I hope management listens to this provider’s lack of bedside manner. I have never been treated so poorly by any MGH provider.

I have never received such bad care from a nurse practitioner or any physician in my 60 years. I am and love the care I receive at MGB. This nurse practitioner Jessica B., was terrible and insensitive, bias, and stereotypical by labeling me as a drug seeker and her unwillingness to believe my pains as I was directed by my Doctor to go there. This was not a good way to approach someone who has lived through discrimination their whole life in America. I was really disappointed at the HIPAA violations the privacy Act. Explaining my visit where the whole waiting room can hear, one Patient walked out, refusing to be served there because he himself seen how I was being treated by this clinic manager, who was discouraging people to go to ER and not to come to urgent care first. I’m visiting the area and required medical attention. This is the right place to go, organized reception, reasonable waiting time, professional nurses, and an experienced Dr. I required and XRay I was referred to a different location 15 mins away, I was professionally attended in 15 mins. i received a call with my dx from the Doctor. This is certainly the place to use if you need an urgent carr service

Very rude young female doctor. I came in with a clear health concern and simply asked for a basic test. Instead of providing help, she dismissed my request and told me to only go to the ER if I faint or have chest pain. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and care. Patients should not be treated this way. I will never return to this clinic.

Horrible place,lreceptionist was rude, when I asked a simple question of her how many people were in front of us she said that she has no right to talk about it. But she asked everyone who came after to tell about their symptoms and everyone sitting heard everything perfectly. When they brought us inside the physician assistant put on gloves and did not change them throughout the whole visit,although my child had an open wound and pus. She left the cabinet many times to bring something, touching everything.When she dropped a bandage that she wanted to put on the wound, she picked it up from the floor, with these dirty gloves she opened the bandage touching it from the inside and tried to put it on the wound, I simply did not allow her, saying please do not tape it. This is just outrageous
