Mass General Brigham Urgent Care - Lynn

I fell and injured my back- I am immunocompromised and we had to go during flu season- we made an appointment on Patient Gateway and we were seen almost immediately- they were very efficient and friendly- Dr. Caruso was awesome! All in all, the exam and x ray took less than an hour- I would definitely recommend them!

I had a very unpleasant time over there, due to an older white lady that gave me a hard time just for her amusement. My doctor's office scheduled an x-ray for me and after making me repeat my last name dozens of times just to ridicule me she said I had nothing scheduled. I had to call my doctor's office and they got her to admit that I in fact had a scheduled appointment. Such an unnecessary unpleasant time because I wasn't the right race for her.

walls are paper thin.. i could hear the person in the next room talking about complications for diabetes. mentioned to my doctor, they know about it but cant figure out what to do, and just kind of accepted you can hear other patients business

The wait on a Monday was nearly 4 hour long even though the waiting room was not crowded, 5-6 people. The worst part was you can’t leave while waiting, you can NOT come back after 15-30 min to get lunch or snack - you had to wait the entire 4 hours in the waiting room with everyone even though you pay ahead while checking in. Nice facility, decent staff but completely mismanaged. Get more staff or have a better wait system.

Miserable human being behind the counter. I called as I was in route to make sure they were still open and accepting patients and they said yes. I arrived five minutes later and I was told they were at capacity, there was one other person in the waiting room. Pissy, miserable employee working in the healthcare industry, did not want to accept any more patients because I arrived at 8:15 PM and they closed at 8:30 PM
