Wow is all I'm.left with. I need to express my unhappiness with your practice. 1st experience here recently was with a Rheumatologist that didn't seem to even know how to order Lab tests as I learned through listening that day. Amen for hearing. Then today,my Excruciating need for your and around here Only Physiatrist. He was supposed to see me for my whole spine. As I have had no spine type doctor for 30 years besides an old neurosurgeon. I've been abandoned as a senior with disabilities from my PCP and Hoped for a decent doctor that would take Care of my health and safety issyat my apartment building. I'm 66,weak,have neck herniation and severe narrowing that has been going down my arm for 3+ years now. I've been trying to fall asleep for 4+ hours. Pain in my arm is so intense,I can't. B

I had been waiting to get back to Northampton family practice at Atwood since my doctor there retired It is a wonderful place with such competent staff.I was so pleased there was a doctor ,Dr Tsonglis,accepting new patients.I got to meet with him,he was such a good listener and reviewed my past health history and like me he’s all about preventative care. I have such peace of mind knowing he is my new PCP.I want to acknowledge Vanessa, who took my height, weight and blood pressure, and who was so welcoming and compassion for my nervousness and put my mind at ease. My husband also highly recommends as he goes here too.

Mr. Andrew Moskovitz is the worse health professional I have had the displeasure of meeting with. I am absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated after waiting MONTHS for a physical, and when I finally got to the appointment, he was acting like it was 4:00 pm on a Friday despite it being on a Wednesday morning. He must have had somewhere to be, because he obviously didn't want to do his job. Not only was he extremely dismissive about ALL of my many concerns, but he accused me of LYING about my mental health. He actually said "I don't believe you". I was shocked. Why was he even asking about that? I said I have a psychiatrist I am very happy with. I was there for a PHYSICAL with blood work, and half of the results were missing. I had a wonderful practitioner when I first started coming here in 2019. When she left the practice in 2021, I was assigned to see a new practitioner, who I met with once before they also quit. I was then assigned to be a “new patient” all the way in Belchertown. I had to wait nearly six months to be seen as a new patient, which meant of course I fell behind on all my current care plans and medication. A front desk assistant at the Northampton office was kind enough to get me a refill of my daily, necessary medication, but only for one month. When arrived for my second appointment with the new provider all the way in Belchertown, I was told that she had also left the practice and that I should have gotten a letter in the mail.
