We've come here for 3 years and the visits have been excellent from the low wait times, pleasant staff all around, thorough exams from the friendly doctors and a clean well maintained office. I've never been pressured to buy glasses, which I dislike especially right after exams when my pupils are dilated. Some places can be pushy and even aggressive, but not here. I prefer coming in on a different day for new frames and lenses but I live close. You can even shop for frames before your appointment. They are flexible. Regardless, they never pushed it and always gave us our prescriptions without asking. I had a referral from the VA here which proved convenient since I live a few miles away. I have some medical-issues that could be linked to my vision & was very concerned. 1) The staff was friendly& professional. 2) When I made appt, I was told to follow a link to register. Due to referral error, I couldn't do it prior to appt. I was worried that staff would be disappointed or getting in would take longer. Staff was understanding & handled it for me. 3) Dr. G. Stucke was fantastic! I haven't had an eye appt where a doctor explained the full current condition of my eyes - ever. He addressed my medical issues, did a very thorough examination, and answered all questions & concerns. 4) This is my first visit & the entire staff exceeded my expectations. 5) SIX stars, Google.

Called and asked if they are closed for lunch. Answer, "yes, from 1230 to 130" I drive 20 mins to the store and arrive at 1205 to a sign that says they will be closed to 130 for lunch. Noticed 3 employees leaving and told them I had just called to ask their hours. Was told they were short staffed. Probably lazy employees but who would go to a business that tells you they're open and then closes the doors in your face.

Staff was excellent. Professional staff, that performed all exam tasks effectively and effectively. Very friendly and did not waste time. Little to no wait. Dr Fisher was outstanding. Explained in detail without over explaining. Answered all questions and he took the time needed to spend with his patient. Not a cattle cal like many other offices. When I asked questions about my insurance coverage, for both medical exam and glasses they answered honestly. I had read my plan in full detail before going and I was fully aware of the coverage and they were honest and did not try to sell me hardware or equipment that was not needed or to over charge me like many other eye doctor offices have in the past. I was extremely happy with the office, Dr Fisher and the purchase of glasses. All around

This was my first visit. I was very pleased with my treatment. The staff was friendly and considerate. Dr Stucke was great! I have a history of eye surgeries for various issues, and he explained to me how these things affected his decision in regards to my new prescription. Highly recommend!
