I’ve never written a review before, but I feel this one is necessary. I brought my daughter in several times, expressing concerns about symptoms she was experiencing. Each time, the focus was solely on her weight. I was told she needed to eat healthier, despite repeatedly explaining that she already eats well. Still, no one listened. They ran a few tests and said everything looked fine. Her TSH was borderline high, but nothing was flagged as serious. My concerns were brushed aside. I eventually made the decision to switch medical offices because I felt unheard and dismissed. It turns out she has Hashimoto’s disease an autoimmune thyroid condition. We could have started treatment so much sooner if someone had just listened. Why is it so easy to chalk everything up to weight without digging

She also lies about medication studies…. Overall Just a poor experience from top to bottom from the office constantly closing early to Dr. Seuss taking forever to do anything. Taking forever to refill prescriptions is a regular occurrence and forcing children to get the flu shot, even though it makes the child very sick. It genuinely feels like she does not care about the children, and she cares more about herself and a paycheck. I’m genuinely glad that we are parting ways because it puts your children behind when you’re waiting that long… We’ve had issues in the past and they’ve agreed that they were failing the children with how they were conducting childcare and it seems like nothing has changed, even with them putting out questionnaires, asking what they could change to make the ex

Seriously this office is worthless. Single father working a night shift job 12hrs a day and I miss 1 appointment and they just write the children off and can never come back. Not only was their first visit with them absolutely pointless then this. Glad I didn't waste to much time with this office.

Have been going to Mason Pediatrics for 20+ years. When COVID hit, my child needed shots the fall of 2020 for school. 2 times in the same week they failed to call me and inform me of the COVID protocols. (To arrive a half hour early to be screened.) I was informed of this after the 2nd attempt to get my child her booster shots and driving all the way out to Mason from NW Lansing. I even called and asked the day before the 2nd appointment if there was anything I needed to know and the receptionist said she would call me later that day with the details. She never did. So we had to go to the health department instead. Haven't heard anything from them since. For either of my children. Poor contact with patients and they were so good. Now they just aren't.

10/10. They took almost 2 hours today to go over my son's health history and come up with solutions to a problem that has last over a year! Thank you for taking the time to listen so intently about my little guy!
