I have had fantastic experiences with Dr. Cook and his team! The entire team is warm, professional, and truly cares about patient comfort. Dr. Cook is thorough and attentive, and the hygienist was absolutely wonderful. I have sensitive teeth, and they were great about making sure I was comfortable during the cleaning. They used different techniques to minimize any discomfort and checked in with me regularly throughout the appointment. It’s clear that patient care is a top priority here. I always feel well taken care of and informed about my dental health. Highly recommend Dr. Cook’s office for anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate dental care!

They do not participate with my Insurance so I have to pay out of pocket up front for any work to be done. Dr Cook said I could do a payment plan and I set one up. The day before my procedure the office staff said I needed a 1/3 of the cost for the procedure. I had to cancel my procedure that had been scheduled over a month. I am on disability and have a limited income. They are greedy money hungry people who say they will work with what you can afford but that's not true. They don't care about the patients needs just the money they can get from you. I could not give no stars to post a review but that's what I give them.

I don’t normally post reviews, but I am so impressed with this dentist office. Both staff and Dentist are absolutely phenomenal. I had a couple teeth that were causing me, excruciating pain and called the office when it was closed I contacted Dr. Cook. He did not hesitate for a moment to take his time to come in on his day off to take care of My teeth. If you are looking for a dentist office, I would highly recommend Dr. Cook 100%.
