Every member of staff I have seen at this location and other locations of modern dentistry practices have been fantastic. Supportive, professional, kind and considerate as well as friendly and welcoming. I have had extractions, root canals and crown fittings and every one of them has been dealt with, without any issues. Ms. Dubois is extremely thorough, explaining all parts of the procedures, the status and the next steps clearly and ensures everything is fully understood before proceeding. I am very lucky to have her as my primary dentist. Mr. Thompson is friendly and laid me at ease at each visit with him. The most painless injections and root canals I have experienced anywhere! I had an emergency need with two cracked molars. They seen me the same day. Chloe, the dental assistant is wonderful, kind and empathetic explaining everything. The dentist, Bilal Ahmed, did a wonderful job analyzing the situation, explaining everything and did a great job on the extractions. Making sure I was pain free as well. Mohammedo is an excellent office manager and explained the billing in detail answering any and all questions. Very pleasant, kind, smart, with a great sense of humor. Dr. Dubois was incredibly gentle, patient, and thorough during my appointment. She explained the options without pressuring me and made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. I’d recommend Dr. Dubois to my friends and family!

Saw the Dentist on Wed and was told that I needed two root canals, which couldn't be done there since their Endodontist doesn't take my insurance. The dentist said she would send in a prescription for an antibiotic for me while I searched for an Endodontist covered by my insurance. The prescription wasn't sent in that day, I called later that evening to ask about it and the office was closed, so they said they would contact the on-call Dr. I got a message from the dentist on Mychart that she was sorry it didn't go through and she would resend it first thing Thurs when she got in at 7:30am.
