Lori Payne the Nurse Practitioner knows her stuff! I had a great experience. She was super friendly, super helpful, and very willing to answer all my questions. She made great suggestions for my skin care routine that have me seeing immediate results. Getting checked in at the practice was easy, too. Overall had an excellent experience here.

Dr. Mason is very professional and knowledgeable and also very personable and friendly. Her staff is highly competent. I feel like I'm in good hands when I'm in her office whether for a procedure or for a routine checkup.

My son (11 yo) was seen by Christopher Martin, PA-C. He was patient, kind, checked up on my son consistently during the procedure to ensure he was okay during it, and was all around respectful. He thoroughly explained everything in our visit, and we were extremely happy!

Overall I had a good experience. The staff are kind and efficient. The facilities are nice. It was my first appointment and I was very surprised with how quick the appointment was with Lori - probably 5 minutes. My previous dermatologist spent a bit more time examining and talking through the care and procedure. This felt a little rushed to me, very quick and it didn’t feel like there was much attention. It was a case of “look, spray of cryotherapy and done.”

I love Mason Dermatology! The wait time has never been more than 10 mins. I've always gotten wonderful treatment! Lori Payne is great! This visit I had been struggling with a rash on my face for a month. I had already been to see a doctor and using what was prescribed + cortisone cream but it didn't clear it up. Lori determined it was shingles and got me on both internal and external meds that have almost cleared it up. I was in and out in no time, problem taken care of.
