Virginia works at the front desk. She did an excellent job of explaining my bill, the insurance breakdowns, helping me figure out how to finance dental work I couldn’t afford. She was very respectful, professional, and kind. Very thankful for her across the board. Alayna is one of their dental hygienists. She is efficient, very gentle when working on my mouth, and has a great personality. She made me feel very comfortable while working on my teeth. She also did a great job of helping me schedule a time to come in quickly to complete the next appointment that I needed scheduled. Great addition to the team!

It was my first visit to the clinic. It was a great experience. My hygienist Alayna explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable. She did a wonderful job doing my deep cleaning method. Also gave me great instructions on taking care of my teeth. Thanks everyone for helping me to better care of my teeth! I highly recommend Alayna!

They knew I needed a deep cleaning and told me on the phone that it takes a lot of time to do it but still scheduled me anyways took a bunch of x rays that I was told would be covered (surprise bill of 400). No cleaning was done and the hygienist was a bit hostile. I work 2 jobs 50 plus hours. I don't have time to come in for an appt just to be told yeah we can't do anything for you when you EXPLICITLY said on the phone that you can see I need deep cleaning that cannot be done in the time frame scheduled. Also I've complained of intermittent pain on and off for 2 years. The dentists only recommendation was well we can do a root canal. There has to be other options. Their system wouldn't allow me to update my number and I couldn't fill out the online questionnaire at home. Also why is the

Alayna is exceptional as a Hygienist. She thoroughly explains everything in a way you can understand and patiently answers questions about your specific care. She also goes above and beyond to ensure that a small issue doesn’t become a big one. She also stresses good at home care routines. I am very happy with the care I receive in this office.

Had my first visit here today. I will have to say everyone that I met was very pleasant. My dentist was Dr. Bates he was very personable. My hygienist however, Alayna was the best I’ve had, she was very attentive to my needs. I needed a deep cleaning and normally I have to have shots for numbing. Alayna was gentle and thorough while doing the procedure that it was basically painless. Highly Recommend 😁
