Children's Hospital Urgent Care - Blount

We have used this location several times, and I’m really thankful it’s a resource in our community! Dr. Greenbaum and her nurse took great care of us just the other evening- both were super warm, kind and explained what they were doing to me and also to my girls in a kid-friendly way. While we have had to wait awhile in the past, that’s the nature of after-hours urgent care and not a poor reflection of the care providers or staff.

The Dr and staff were wonderful with our 2 year old. Very thorough and caring with her. We actually have to go when they open tomorrow, sick again 😔

My daughter had an accident and had a cut on her head and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They were phenomenal got us in & stitched her up within 45 mins and we were on our way back home . So kind & would recommend Becca Greenbaum every time . All the staff was amazing. Something that should have been very scary was very relaxing for my daughter she said she didn’t feel a thing .

Just wanted to take a minute to say that from walking in start to finish was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and so patient as well as kind and incredibly thorough! Dr. Greenbaum is great with all 4 of my littles and Ive always felt like she listens to our concerns and is happy to help. Thank you all for being so incredible because truly we don't see a whole lot of that these days and this momma needed this more than you know!

We had to take our child in yesterday to be seen. Did we wait a little bit yes but was it worth it...also yes. In a perfect world our kids would get sick Monday-Friday and we could walk right in to our primary care office and straight to a treatment room. Well that's not usually the case so I'll wait and be happy that this service is in Blount County and I don't have to goto children's ER when an event like this occurs. The staff was great they understand kids but also how to deal with anxious parents. So thank you for offering this service and for the quality staff that you have.
