We had a fantastic experience with this office for my daughter’s wisdom teeth removal. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and made us feel at ease. Dr. Batrouni and his assistant, Sylvia, were absolutely lovely… kind, professional, and very reassuring throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and my daughter felt comfortable and well cared for. We are so grateful for such a positive experience and highly recommend this office!

Dr. Robinson is the best dentist I’ve ever encountered! This was my second visit to have a tooth extracted. I have an extreme case of dental anxiety and not only was Dr. Robinson able to help me relax, but because of her patience, kindness and compassion. I was able to have the procedure done without laughing gas! Her support and encouraging words gave me the courage to be brave! I would recommend the MOSA Center in College Park and Dr. Mary Robinson to family and all of my friends! The nurses and staff were outstanding as well.

Dr N and staff are extremely friendly and detail oriented. The procedure went quickly and the care my children received after exceeded my expectations. Staff took incredible care of kids and I could tell they cared. Dr N is calm, confident, and is great at her job! Post-op care was explained to me thoroughly and they called hours later to check on the patients.

The doctors are probably great, but I'll never know because I choose to cancel my surgery and go with another OMS office. I typically don't write reviews, but I felt this was necessary. Especially considering that surgeries are already stressful and anxious, I was treated poorly by the staff. In particular was Marisa S. Although she was very professional and never raised her voice or anything like that, she was unreasonable, impatient, and unpleasant. I had FMLA documents that needed to filled out properly and she refused to go back through it with the doctor and fill it out accordingly. I offered to make myself available to assist in anyway possible and the office refused to give me the time. My HR provided exactly what they were looking for in the document and Marisa and her office refu

This staff is amazing. I called on December 23rd with a dental emergency. Everyone was kind, helpful and very patient with me. I had not slept in 3 days, they guided me through paperwork and procedures. They answered all my questions. I was tense & frightened. The Dr. Was soothing and handled it all. I felt safe, heard and cared for. That's a big deal in today's rushed world.
