This is my honest experience with Mosa Betseda and Dr. Malini Lyer and her team. I was worried because my situation is complicated, but Dr. Lyer took her time, carefully reviewed my X-rays and documents, examined me, and asked thoughtful questions. She was not rushed at all. After reaching out to the DDS, she clearly explained what I need to do next. I have another visit scheduled with her, and I feel very lucky. I strongly advise anyone who needs honest, knowledgeable, and safe treatment. God bless her more and more

Worst experience ever, would give zero star. I had an appointment at 9:45am, got to the location at 9:38am and was at the waiting room until 10:30am. Waited almost an hour. No one paid attention nor any update. I asked for the refund and had to leave. No apologies for long wait or anything. The receptionist just said shirt staffed and did not bother to even explain the cause for delay.

Excellent customer service from the front desk and all the way. Had my implant placed by Dr. Iyer at the Bethesda clinic earlier this year. Went back to get my healing cap tightened today after my personal dentist unscrewed it to get a crown impression but didn’t tighten it back correctly. Dr. Kishter did an excellent job of irrigating, cleaning the cap and placing it back correctly. Overall, great experience!

One of the strangest medical appointments I’ve ever had. The doctor was extremely late, barely explained why - “traffic” at 2p and rushed through the consultation for an extraction and implant handing me a pamphlet saying I would find the answers in there. In the middle of the consultation I realized there was an assistant standing behind me that wasn’t introduced at all. When I said hello the doctor said “oh she’s here to escort you out.” At the end of the consultation the doctor just left the room. No goodbye. No handshake. Nothing. Just awkwardly rushed out. Nothing about this experience gave me any confidence in the practice. I am now looking for another implant surgeon.
