The front desk staff are courteous and wait time is short. The physicians and physicians assistants are careful, thorough, friendly, and patient. They take time to answer all questions you have. The staff also make themselves accessible at almost all hours of the day every day. When our baby was sick, they were there to guide us and get her what she needed! We especially love Danielle, she is wonderful! Great health center and great pediatric care. Our mixed race family feels very comfortable with them.

This place has POOR customer service. The Hispanic probably 5’6 middle aged woman with lots of wrinkles that usually sits at the front desk is the rudest of them all. I called and spoke to her about rescheduling my daughters appointment as I was running late(this was at 11:25). To where she then stated it was fine and I could still come in as long as it was before 12:30, as that was the time the doctors went on lunch. I stepped into the office at 12, with her rude demeanor and stank face asks for my daughters information(her usual attitude so I proceeded to give her the information)and they completely turn me away. Stating my appointment had passed and I wasn’t able to be seen until 1:30 since they were on lunch. Then went ahead and said no one spoke to me on the phone and even went on to

They take lunch until 130 Room full of kids, but to give blood she's at lunch until after 230??? and my child didn't get called until 235 And we showed up at 130 like they told us???

I've been bringing my daughter to this center since she was a baby, but today was incredibly frustrating. I spoke with a phone clerk regarding her ultrasound referral that was sent to CRA, and I explained that when I previously talked to someone, I mentioned that the referral submitted was for an X-ray, which was incorrect. The lady on the phone seemed confused and disorganized, making comments about how it was sent to Children's and questioning which number I called. Rather than focusing on resolving the issue of the incorrect referral, she seemed more concerned with insisting that it wasn't sent to CRA. At one point, I felt like she put me on hold or mute without informing me. We ended up going in circles for a frustrating eight minutes, only for her to ask if I wanted her to send the re
