Tower Radiology

I have been coming to this location for a number of years for multiple services. The staff is always friendly and the space welcoming. I have always had great experiences with the technicians and front office staff. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that sometimes finding availability in their schedule can be an issue. Sometimes, I have had to schedule weeks out and their office hours are not conducive for folks who work 9-5. However, if you have flexibility during the weekdays I highly recommend them!

Tower Radiology has amazing service and staff! They make testing easier and keep me informed throughout the pre-approval and report process. Their reports are more detailed and thorough than what I was getting from local hospitals. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tower!

When I booked my imaging appointments, the staff clearly explained everything from what I could expect during my visit, including what I should or should not do beforehand, how long the appointments should take, and provided information about my insurance coverage. When I arrived, I was seen within just a few minutes of my scheduled appointment. In particular, the tech who conducted my mammogram was outstanding. The support staff and the medical staff seem to be engaged and interested in doing their jobs well. Highly recommend!

Service was timely, professional and staff courteous and helpful. I was taken ahead of schedule and the waiting area was moved efficiently. I would recommend having tablets to check in to expedite and provide accurate electronic records. Outstanding office. Thank you.

Brought my 11yo son for an X-ray and had a great experience here! Valet parking up front, but they also validate if you park in the garage. Clean spacious waiting area, books for kids. State of the art equipment and Friendly staff, will be returning for my own scans in the future. Forget about waiting at those other old radiology labs, tower is a nice location and easy access.
