Went in to get aligners for my teeth to straighten them. I informed them that I would only have Thursdays available for the appointments and I was told that it would work. Eventually it got to a point where I had to see the actual dentist and not the assistants and was told at that point that the dentist only works Monday-Wednesday. Informed them that I cannot take off any other day of the week. The receptionist proceeded to tell me that “most jobs give people days off for adult things”. Explained that I already have my day off in the week for any appointments I may need and that I was already told by them that they can make Thursdays work for me. Ended up not finishing the entire process to straighten my teeth and they did not want to give me a refund. So that was time and thousands of do
