Pros; Very clean facility, the security guard today that greeted me was very helpful and welcoming. Cons; THE PHARMACY. Although the techbat the window was friendly that doesn't compensate for my experience right now. Today is Tuesday January 20th and it is 4:09 pm. My Rx was called in the morning of Friday January 16, why was my script not filled and why have I been sitting here waiting for over 35 minutes for ONE prescription? I understand the weekend and yesterday's holiday so the facility wasn't open, however I heard the Rx being called in at 8:36am on Friday. There's no excuse for this, please be respectful of our time.

Mi medicina me la envían si tarda un poquito pero me llega las personas de la farmacia son muy amables y se aseguran de que los pacientes tengan su medicina pero también debes darles tiempo ellos no manejan uno ni dos personas manejan millones de personas para hacer que estemos bien de salud gracias farmacia de Matin Luther king Jr health system They send me my medicine; it might take a little while, but it always arrives. The pharmacy staff is very kind and they make sure patients get their medicine. You just have to be patient with them; they don't just handle one or two people, they handle millions to make sure we are all healthy. Thank you, Martin Luther King Jr. Health System pharmacy
