Dr Echols has been my dentist since 2000. He has always been the most kind man and the hygienist have always been gentle but thorough. I hate to think of the day he decide to retire, so please Dr Echols don't think about that for a few more years. As a first time patient I felt compelled to leave a review after my experience. There was a receptionist who was extremely sweet and helpful over the phone, I was lost and frustrated because I was 30 minutes past my appointment. Their Dentist still allowed me to be seen. When I arrived the receptionist ( older lady in white jacket ) was not welcoming or warm her rude attitude towards her colleagues including the dentist was rude and unprofessional. She appeared frustrated with her task and agitated with her coworkers. The receptionist did not acknowledge me as a patient and was unable to hold her composure in a professional manner. Just left Dr Echols’s office in Hephzibah! I just had an awesome experience! Kim, whom I met today, cleaned my teeth! She was super awesome 👏! My teeth feels clean! She was very professional and meticulous. Thx Kim for an amazing experience!!!!💓

Went to this place for over a year. The only reason I'm giving this 2 starts is because the employees where good, kind, and cared, but when it came time to see the DMD it felt rushed, like I was not taken care of, just an unpleasant experience. I kept going for regular clean ups and gave the dentist a second chances when I had to get my wisdom teeth removed and it was so bad I had to go to a different dentist to finish the job. Not going back.

Dr. Echols was very kind and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable in the dental chair and look forward to upcoming dental visits.
