I am highly disappointed in the staff professionalism. I would never chew gum while assiting a customer on the telephon but they do here. I have been waiting to make an appointment for three hours of my morning. The worst part is the receptionist explained I must wait for a call back to then arrange one by who knows who? If I didn't speak to the receptionist, who did I speak too? I need my appointment set my health is extremely important to me. I suffer from a medical case of aniexty and this slow process of assuring me of my future appointment is disturbing to my nerves. Forcing me to take extra medication that I wouldn't be taking today but I must because of this less professional environment. From a 1 to 10 rating this place gets no more then a 2.0 for my experienced standards. I sugg
