Martin De Porres Nursing Home

My dad has already been in the hospital Multiple times for pneumonia and he is alway going to the hospital for gashes on he's face from other Resident.... He is suppose to be on 24 hour watch but Obviously isn't.. Tried Multiple times to get him transferred but For some reason every time I try another place they always say he get Denied. I feel like every person over their staff wise does not want to help me what so ever!!!!!! There is so much more to say about this place but not enough time trying to get my dad moved to a better place near me all by myself since no staff over there wants too help me!!!.

Those folks need a good and real change

Always has urine smell.
