Martella's Pharmacy Of Windber

The owner is wrong on so many levels. It's okay she doesn't know that her having the last pharmacy in windber won't last long they couldn't even keep up with the customers they had for years and now with rite aid closed it's only a matter of time until this place goes under. Hope she feels better about discriminating me and then on top of that denying me my medication that I was finally prescribed to help alleviate a lot of my problems.

We have transferred our prescriptions to Martella's after RiteAide closed. We are very happy with their service. Also, it's nice shopping in their store! They have many unique gifts to buy there. 🥰

I had to switch to the windber martellas last month due to the closure of rite aid. I am prescribed a medication that has a certain stigma to it so changing pharmacies is always a little worrisome because some pharmacists treat people who are prescribed certain medications like they are less than human. I am aware that a lot of people with this med can be difficult to deal with and I go out of my way to be kind to the pharmacists for this reason. Last month when I went here to get my script the pharmacist and the two young clerks couldn't have been nicer. I was relieved that I had found a good pharmacy. However, this month when I go in to pick up my prescription Jackie (whom I just learned is the owner), interrupted the pharmacist that was giving me information to say "we don't fill those

The pharmacy here is unmatched for this area. They’re extremely quick and efficient with scripts and have helped me with my National shortage problem. I visited one time and then had all my prescriptions sent here. They also have cute stuff all around the shop you can buy too. I bought acne cream from Cera Ve here and it actually works. 10/10, love this place. Everyone is super friendly and it’s a relaxed environment.

I had a UPS driver miss a return on the porch, but s/ he left a label. It was Saturday, 2/3/23. Martella's is a close drop off point in Windber. I got to the store at 1PM. The woman was kind and helpful. I will use this as a drop off point for Amazon from here on out. It was a true relief to get that package somewhere to pick up. Thank you Martella's!
