Martella's Pharmacy

1 star is lucky, my wife is trying to get help and they turn her down saying they have to many suboxone clients and she can't use them cause they have to many clients for suboxone, she has been calling places all day so she can get a telehealth script filled so she can have her addiction fixed and get help yet they won't help her out. Her blood is on your hands, If she ever has a breakdown and does something Stupid.

Martella’s has a small town, personalized feel to it. They treat their customers with dignity and respect. They take time to understand and correct any issues you may have with doctors or insurance companies. They’re always staffed well. You matter, unlike the chain drug stores. They’re on top of it. They’re quick and efficient and have everything always in stock. They also deliver, which is very convenient. I would recommend Martella’s Pharmacy to anyone and I do with friends and family.

I’ve had to change pharmacies due to my health and especially transportation. My young son passed away recently due to a lifelong battle with severe scoliosis. Obviously, my mental health was in shambles. I have never once walked in there rude or in any kind of manner to suggest anything different. I was treated terribly by the pharmacy people. A very important prescription was due and the 1st day they said they had none in stock. The second day they say we have not gotten them yet. The third and final day they said we don’t have any we don’t plan on getting any so we suggest you go to another pharmacy as I did. I miss Rite Aid on market Street! Terrible pharmacy, over the last 2 years service as well as interactions with customers has gotten progressively worse. After trying for a time to set up a mail order pharmacy nothing ended up being convenient so I decided to stick with Martellas, because at the expense of my sanity I was atleast getting my medications...until yesterday. I had a script called in then I received a phone call from Martella's informing me that from a "corporate directive" (small town pharmacy trying to sound big time) they will no longer accept Rx from tele health to also include Rx's from non local doctors. My doctor is telehealth out of Philadelphia. So here I am on a Friday, unable to get my Rx filled, leaving for Kentucky for work on Monday and getting absolutely no help from Martella's on rectifying th
