Its been over a week and numerous calls from myself and radiology + ear nose and throat, and they still haven't finished my referral for a CT scan! Horrible service, and they never answer the phone or voicemail. Their inbox is full now so I can't even leave a message (I've already left about 5).
No one ever answers the phone and they are not up front about how much a service will cost a student. States on the website it is free, but it is NOT free!
Not free for full-time summer students. Website inaccurately states, "Full-time (6+ hours): Fully eligible for all services provided. No cost per visit."
Literally didn’t get prescribed antibiotics and now I have to go to med express for an urgent care cause I do have strep. When I was told I had post nasal drip.
