They were nice and professional. The test is not a lot of fun to have but I was treated kindly.

The policy on testing has changed and you have to have an order from a physician. It would have been helpful if that information was updated for the public.

I was having problems breathing so I went to the emergency room they kept me waiting 4 hours and still did not see a doctor, Huntington West Virginia does not have good medical care, do not move here if you are elderly

Testing was a breeze. Staff were very friendly and patient with my 1 year old needing a swab.
