Will confirm your appointment a week before hand, then cancel it without notification the next day. When I asked if they normally call to cancel, the receptionist made it sound like they've called me 17 times and sent 10 letters, which did not happen. Can't reschedule for six months.

I was very disappointed with two Nurse Practioners. David Santellan FNP Dana Barbaro NP Dr. Koble is an experienced M.D, and the only doctor who took the time to listen to me. The complaint doesn't apply to him just the Nurse Practioners.

My spouse and I have been out-patients with MSPM since the first day they opened. Their physicians are top-notch, professional staff are knowledgeable, efficient and helpful, and even office staff are courteous and considerate. This is family medicine practiced by people who CARE about patient health. The only problem you may discover is that they're SO good, it may be difficult to find a convenient appointment at first. Persist...you will be rewarded.

Wanted to reach office. Website says it's open. I called, message says closed stay online to speak to answering service. After a lengthy hold, I had received an operator who was not ready to do her job. Subsequently, she disconnected the call without getting any of my information and did not call me back.
