I’m very disappointed. My husband always loved them. Up until recently. I set up medication for delivery, and the driver never came, called the store and the staff was very rude and didnt want to hear my concerns. They just kept cutting me off when I said “I kind of need this medication and I set it up for delivery yesterday.” I had more questions but she rushed me off the phone. The lady the day before I talked to was rude as well and it felt like I didn’t matter. That I was an inconvenience. My husband feels weird as well because he had a delivery and the gentleman signed the med for him and asked “this good?” And he didn’t think about it much when it happened as he was in the middle of getting ready for an appt. I'm amazed there is such a place as Marra's Pharmacy! Every month my doorbell rings and all my meds arrive, sorted into labeled packages for each day. I have multiple prescriptions and supplements, and have never, ever run out. They contact my providers when something needs to be renewed. Their service is extraordinary (and for me life-changing: no more pill mix-ups!) Marra's is like a neighbor at your door, ready to help. Six stars.

Marras is the best pharmacy. They always do my scripts fast and efficient. Order right away if they don't have the meds in stock. Comes the next day. Everyone is so sweet and nice there. I've been going here for almost 25 years. Thanks Marras!

Can't speak for the drugs, but when it comes to durable medical goods, hot/cold packs and such, they've got it all. Staff was extra friendly and knowledgeable also. Great experience.

I stopped using this pharmacy years ago. My wife has no choice because they are the only one in the area that can fill her diabetic supply prescriptions. She was expecting a delivery from them on Wednesday and today is Friday. They never showed up. I had to call them this morning to get answers. The reason I stopped using them a few years ago is they took it upon themselves to open a credit account at the store for my wife. Without her knowledge. Then they began charging things to that account. The only reason we found out was because we happened to get a bill from them months later. They charged her prescriptions to that account and charged my card as well. Essentially they were trying to make us pay twice. Thankfully I had my bank statements showing they charged my card after being told
