needs more help the one in cohoes but great service from everyone working there

There’s 3 cars ahead of me yet it takes 1 hour 10 minutes to get through! It should not take over 20 minutes per car!!! It’s ridiculous. Go literally anywhere else they are extremely slow and would rather spend all their time filling pills then giving them to people.

There's almost always a long wait, whether in store or using the drive thru.

One of the pharmacy techs with a long gray ponytail was coughing all over the place without covering her mouth. Then i watched her coughing profusely on the back of her hair then again into the air. It was extremely gross and quite surprising to watch as there was about 4 to 5 other staff around her. I got off the drove thru line as I didn't want her to touch my meds nor my Debt card. Due to her lack of regard for others wellbeing I had to go inside although I'm not feeling well just being discharged from the ER. I would hope someone in this type of field would take better precautions with her health and the health of those around her. Instead she blatantly disregarded those around her by not covering her mouth and walking to different parts of the pharmacy area coughing into the air whil
