So my dentist is amazing & has done good work with me so my issue does lie with her. It’s the policy when it comes to root canals/crowns. So their policy is that if your insurance doesn’t cover a crown after a root canal you have to pay $200 towards the crown (total is $417) & then they send out a Pre-Authorization to your insurance, BUT first you have to pay the $200 BEFORE they even send out the Pre-Authorization. I had to learn this in a bad way. Not too long ago I got a filling done, well long story short said filling/tooth started hurting bad so I reached out & got in for an emergency appointment. While at the appointment they looked at everything consulted with a doctor & were able to get me into Endodontics for a procedure to temporarily take the pain away that I was having I assume

I truly appreciate the entire team, especially Dr. Guentsch, who has overseen my care. He has demonstrated a high level of professionalism and genuine concern for my well-being. Dr. Guentsch provided a clear and thorough explanation of the treatment plan, addressed my concerns promptly with well-supported information, and consistently took the time to listen to my questions. He has also been accommodating of my requests at each visit. I am especially grateful for his comprehensive support, which extended beyond the clinical aspects of treatment to include meaningful psychological reassurance throughout the process. I also want to specifically mention Pakou Thao who is very professional and caring for the patient. She helped me to calm down and relax with SRP sessions. Other team member

I have been going here for many years and had about 8 or 9 students in that time. I have not had a bad experience at all. I have severalcrowns and a new bridge and saved a lot of money comparedtoa regular dental office. I would recommend it to anyone.

Do not come here my student did just enough work on my mouth to graduate and then left me with no teeth and no future appointments. I have not been able to eat solid food for over a year thanks to these people if you can afford it do not come here please do not come here Your student will work on you enough to graduate and bail on you

Marquette Dental School has been nothing but great to me as a patient. I like that all services I need are in one location. Yes I need a mess of major work done. I will need help filing for some reimbursement from my insurance. Not sure who I talk to about that. This is a dental school. Expect appointments to be longer. Expect more frequent appointments. Us patients make for a great learning experience for the students. They have to learn it all. I'm glad to be able to give the student that learning experience. Myself getting much needed major work done for less than a private practice dentist. I was so grateful I was able to be seen today on an emergency visit. A hunk of tooth broke off. That was in process of being able fixed. It coming on the weekend. I called the endodontist cli
