Dr. Stiles is knowledgeable, compassionate, and has an amazing bedside manner. His office staff and nurses have been so kind and helpful. I drive almost 2 hours for my appointments and will continue to do so because it’s worth it.

Dr. Stiles showed both compassion and knowledge in treating my facial pain. He explained his diagnosis and the treatment options, very clearly. I was never rushed, and Dr. Stiles welcomed questions. I found it very hard to find expertise and specialization in facial and jaw pain, and would go so far as to say that even if you are not from the Delaware Valley, the trip to Dr. Stile's offices in Philadelphia and Bryn Mawr would be worth it, because - as I found out - your average DMD and DDS does not have deep experience in relieving facial and jaw pain.

Dr. Stiles is an expert in his field and there aren't a lot of doctors who treat the very specific illnesses he's treating (like trigeminal neuralgia). The people complaining about not being able to see or speak with him need to realize that he's in extremely high demand and his schedule has no breathing room. He's not like your Primary Care Physician and probably can't return all calls. Getting an appointment with him is very difficult because he's well worth it and he knows what he's doing. He literally saved my life back in 2015 from the extreme agony that came with my Trigeminal Neuralgia pain. I owe him my life. Have no idea how Dr. Stiles is as a Dr. but his front office staff should be ashamed of themselves. 30+ minute wait times, they hang up on you, Botox coordinator there (Avni) has no idea how to do her job. Have spent 7+ months trying to get botox for my husband's chronic TMJ, to no avail. Absolutely horrible, despicable customer service. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else - local!

A truly top doctor in his field. Extraordinary knowledge, provides well thought out treatment plan options, patient centered care, timely appointments. Able to reply to questions or concerns between appointments if necessary. Dr. Stiles is one of a kind!
