I had a very poor experience here for my wisdom teeth removal. The practice enforces an unusual policy of demanding payment upfront, even after paperwork is signed, which shows a lack of empathy for nervous patients. The medical care was also concerning: I was given local anesthesia and laughing gas, then left sitting in the chair for an hour waiting for the surgeon. The doctor (Dr. Omar Alani) appeared to be bouncing between rooms and felt very rushed (was in the room for a total of 10 minutes and I had 6 wisdom teeth). The only redeeming part of the experience was the surgical tech, Kenny/Lenny, who was great.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had my wisdom teeth removed today, and I’m so glad I chose this office. The staff was warm, welcoming, and made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. The dentist was professional, kind, and explained everything step by step so I felt prepared and comfortable. The procedure went smoothly, and afterward they took the time to give me clear instructions and answer all my questions. The office is very clean and runs efficiently, but what really stood out was the genuine care they showed for me as a patient. I would recommend this dental office to anyone—it turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one!

2 stars is me being generous, came for a wisdom tooth follow up, they dismissed my concerns and became passive aggressive and irritated when I stated I didn’t get a procedure summary to know how it was extracted. 2 assistants (who were not there on my extraction date) insisted I was explained stuff that I wasn't, despite them not being in the room or vicinity at the time of the extraction even went as far as to saying “I know for a fact” attempting to minimize my complaints and experience. I felt gaslit and was talked to like I was supposed to know everything even though I was not explained nor am I a dental major.. however one assistant was actually very nice and helpful while trying to figure out what I actually needed without making it intense.. needless to say, never again!

I had such a great experience here! The staff was super helpful and welcoming, including the surgeon assistant and I really enjoyed chatting with the girls at the front desk which made the whole visit feel so comfortable. The surgeon was amazing. He took extra time to explain everything and went above and beyond to accommodate and help me and my son make the best decision for his treatment. You can really tell he cares about his patients. Honestly, it’s rare to find a place where you feel so at ease and well taken care of, but this office nailed it. Highly recommend!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of professionalism and care I received at this dental practice earlier this year. Despite not undergoing an exam or any treatment, I was still issued a bill, which raises serious concerns about billing transparency and ethical standards. During my visit, the dentist assigned to me left in the middle of my appointment to continue another wisdom teeth procedure, returning only after a noticeable delay. This lack of attentiveness was unprofessional and deeply concerning.
