Markowa Apteka Pharmacy

This is a great pharmacy that sells very unique and good quality supplements/medications. The staff is very knowledgeable and has a lot of information on what the best item is for your particular need. All is done in a very timely manner to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend it!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner and I were met with eye-rolling and condescension while we were simply trying to pick up fully prescribed medications. Staff repeatedly implied we were lying instead of helping. Timeline: My prescriber sent the necessary prescriptions with proper dates and instructions. On the pickup date, Markowa Pharmacy told me they hadn’t received one, then blamed my doctor and insurance instead of making a basic verification call. Only after my provider followed up did they say they would “try” to process things—then admitted they didn’t have what was needed in stock until the following week. At every step, they shifted blame rather than communicate clearly or help resolve the issue, and they were rude in person on top of it. No patient should be talked

My previous review was delated I don’t know why, maybe it was too detailed. I will say it simply- Don’t go there!!!!! It is not a safe place to get your medications!! Especially if you have serious medical issues.

The best pharmacy in the area! Great service, very pleasant staff! Mr. Marek is very knowledgeable and helpful, and very kind. We'll be back!

I’ve been a customer here for years in greenpoint but I’ve noticed tees been some shady behavior with my medicine. I was being charged an insane amount for my “copay” that clearly my insurance covered. This search went on for two days: I called my insurance company, told them my dilemma, spoke with the pharmacist and it ended with the lovely customer representative calling the pharmacy while I was in the store to confirm that my medication was covered FULLY. The pharmacist is a nice guy and always greeted me with kindness but behind that smile is a thief and a crook. I’ve also been told stories about this pharmacy stealing money from customers and I never wanted to believe it. I switched locations and I have ZERO issues with my medication. If I had to pay a copay, I have no problem doing
