Market Street Pharmacy

This place has gone downhill. The pharmacy line is always super long. The service desk women are anything but friendly. Guess I will he joining the rest of Midland and going to HEB. Sad because it used to be a good place to shop. Now always crowded and people, both the employees and customers, are always in a bad mood.

I called in a prescription that I desperately need today, the women on the phone was very abrupt and not helpful. She was so rude to me. They need to learn to have patience and understanding instead of acting like she did. I want to make an amendment to this review and change my initial 1 Star review. The girl answering the phone was rude but then I was able to speak to the pharmacist. He was so kind and helpful, much different than my initial call. I didn’t want to blame the entire pharmacy for one bad employee. I now know if I have any issues in the future to go to him. He went out of his way to resolve my issue and he got me the meds I needed!

Use to be such a credible pharmacy. Now every time you call you have pharmacy tech answer with impatience or just rude because of how busy they are.… They take just as long as CVS and Walgreens now if not longer. Market Street, Maybe hire more pharmacy techs.

Not customer service friendly. So many employees and nobody wants to help the customer waiting in line. You call and they don’t want to help either. Go to another pharmacy this one needs training in customer service.

The one tech who is always working is always rude. I do everything in my power to make the process east and painless, and she always insists on having a nasty attitude. It makes me hate coming to the pharmacy, which sucks because I come here weekly.
