Market Street Pharmacy

Excellent pharmacy with consistently great service. Nine out of ten times, medications are available, the staff is professional and pleasant, and the hours are convenient. I don’t even mind walking inside of the store as opposed to using popular national drive-through pharmacies. On the rare occasion that a medication is on back order, a quick call or notification would be helpful. However, this is not a deterrent, as Market Street Pharmacy’s availability and service are still unmatched. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Best pharmacy ever. I’m so glad I switched. Prescriptions are always on time. Also they take a lunch break and close like some of the other well known pharmacies are doing.

I will be switching all my prescriptions to Market Street Pharmacy. My experience here has been much better than at the other McKinney area pharmacies I have used. When I need to self pay, they have the best prices. The people that work in the pharmacy are always nice and helpful. They answer their phone, too! Wait times have not been long either.

MARKET STREET PHARMACY- May 2022 I realize there is a learning curve when there is a turnover in any pharmacy. The new staff & pharmacist have a long way to go to come close to matching the previous group. Rude, long lines, slow, not very knowledgeable about the process and rude! They are overwhelmed and don’t know how to handle situations. I know this because I watched several other customers during my wait for my medicine. I was originally told 15-20 minutes (for 3 pills and me paying cash), shopped for 45 minutes and came back and had to wait another 45 minutes. I am self pay and they were going to charge me $60/month more than Walmart. The Pharmacist was … I think possibly new to the pharmacy game, staff for sure didn’t know what was going on. Great service, quick and efficient, great attitudes and smiles! I drive 10 miles to get our medicine there and pass 4 other pharmacies on the way.
