Market Bistro Pharmacy

The techs at this pharmacy are usually alright, not overly friendly, but never outright rude. Today was different. I got an auto text around 4:30 saying my child’s prescriptions were ready, stopped in a few minutes before closing, and was met with snappy, unpleasant attitudes from the staff. Suggestion: please send pickup texts at least 2+ hours before closing so customers aren’t put in a position where they’re treated poorly for arriving at the end of the day.

Do NOT use this pharmacy. Common practices by the employees here... "oh we dont have that in stock" They do usually. Thats a lie. For example. I called today before I had a script sent over. To verify it WAS IN STOCK. They said yes. Generic... non generic. Got both... I have it sent over. They say it will be a while cause its not in stock. I said i just called and you said it was... they put me on hold. And change their story. Yea its in stock. So i asked if it would be ready in a half hour. They said yup. I get there.... And here comes their second favorate lie... " we haven't received it from your doctor" Mmm hmm... so how could you tell me its going to be ready in 30 minutes than...? Than they tried to say they thought I was talking about a different prescription. Wich is dont see ho

They are awful at the pharmacy dont go there ! They lie and say it won't be in stock for 2 weeks .. nothing is ever ready ! They absolutely dont know what they are doing there .. never once was a good experience..totally done

Thank you for the best checkout experience ever at Market Bistro in Latham. Yesterday I did a quick shop. As I entered the checkout lane, the lovely woman who was bagging noticed I was in a sling. She immediately took over unloading, scanning large items and bagging. She then got someone to help me to the car. I was blown away. This was such a positive experience that needs to be shared and given the praise deserved. Thank you so much. Unfortunately, I don't have her name.

Can I just say I seriously always have problems with this pharmacy. They tell me they’ll have my prescription ready and then they never do! This is medication we’re talking about it’s important to be punctual. I’m changing pharmacies honestly never again.
