I had a terrible experience with this clinic. I broke my arm and came to the clinic with all the necessary documents and insurance. After verifying everything, they scheduled an appointment for me four days later. I waited patiently for my appointment, enduring the pain, and didn’t contact any other clinics in the meantime. The day before my scheduled appointment, I received a call informing me that the doctor would not see me for reasons I do not understand. I ended up losing five crucial days and was left with no options while still dealing with a broken arm. It’s baffling that the clinic couldn’t double-check any issues beforehand if there was a problem with my case. Canceling an appointment just a day before is unacceptable. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
