Zero stars is not an option and it should be. For a doctors office to never answer the phone and only rely on voice mail service is horrific. It's a testament to how healthcare is in the USA. Left several messages and it's now a week later and still no call back. If I'm not mistaken that boarders on medical negligence. The sad thing is there are no doctors in the area that are not owned by MGH taking new clients. I will be talking to the IN board of health if I don't hear back by the end of the day today.

I give major kudos to the medical assistant running the check-in/check-out desk along with taking vitals and other information. She has been nothing but nice and very helpful when I have been there. She is always polite, courteous and professional. I really appreciate her. Sara the NP is great and listens to my questions and concerns.

The nurse that checked me in and subsequently took my vitals did not wear a mask. When I asked if there was a reason she wasn't, she said "no". Seeing as this is a medical setting, I expected AT LEAST bare minimum precautions to be taken, but it is evident that they have been completely disregarded at this location. The number that is posted for people to call with questions, concerns, or positive feedback has an automated answer that "no one is available to take your call" at all times.

There is no reason why patients should have to wait 45 minutes to an hour WITH an appointment to be seen for something as simple as a physical. If I hadn’t scheduled this appointment weeks ago, I would have left by now.

I am a patient and a long time customer and I have never been so upset 😡 about a doctor's office, I have been calling everyday for weeks trying to get in touch with my doctor. I believe that it's time for a new doctor.
