Marion House Health Care Center

When I walked in I felt a sense of uncleanliness and misery . So I went there to see my grandfather and he was not getting the proper care or medicine he also had a bad bed sore. When I asked to speak to the nurse it took almost 30 minutes for one of them to come. My grandfather was waiting there for a nurse to bring medicine for over 4 hours and we told him that he was lactose & intolerant they wouldn't bring him any kind of milk and would give him orange juice with his dry cereal . There was a lady that came to talk to my grandfather and one of the nurses yelled at her and told her to go back to her room . So yeah I was very disappointed and over all sad for the client and my grandfather. 😔😔😶😶
