MARIETTA SPECIALTY PHARMACY

I am the real Wendy Nash that uses this pharmacy and I am quite satisfied with their service. The previous review is someone impersonating me and should be removed. All of their posts have been in the last few days and I have had this account for years.

I’m extremely concerned about unethical and potentially fraudulent practices at Marietta Specialty Pharmacy. They have been billing my insurance for medications I never picked up — including prescriptions I never authorized or received. This isn’t an isolated incident; my colleague, Miss Malisa Kramer, experienced a similar issue. She discovered the pharmacy owner had submitted claims for her Wegovy prescription, despite her never receiving the medication. These actions point to a pattern of possible insurance fraud. I strongly urge others to check their pharmacy billing records and insurance statements closely. I will be reporting this to the appropriate regulatory authorities and insurance company for investigation.

Everything was top-notch when Selena was the acting pharmacist. Since the advent of two new people, I have had three consecutive months of errors on my prescriptions. As a BSN/RN, this is deplorable. One mistake should alert the pharmacist that something is off & to reevaluate how to stop this. Further, “Jimmy”has no skills in dealing effectively with clients. Never an apology & it’s an hour round trip to go back. Looking for somewhere else to go.

I am so happy to have less stress filling my prescriptions here than at the big chain pharmacies!

I accidentally deleted my original review. Sorry about that!. I'm a customer at Marietta Specialty Pharmacy, and they go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. Selena, the pharmacist, is very helpful, and also very sweet. I highly recommend that you give them a try. I believe everyone that tries them will be pleased with their quick service, their great attitude, and reasonable prices. I'm sticking with them. My name is Mary Lunsford. 😉
